To try Dasher in Malagasy

If you do not have a .dasher directory, make it:

 mkdir ~/.dasher

Then...

 cp ~mackay/pub/dasher/alphabets/alphabet.malagasy.xml0 ~/.dasher/alphabet.malagasy.xml
 cp ~mackay/pub/dasher/training/training_malagasy_MG.txt ~/.dasher/
 echo "Now restart Dasher and switch alphabet to Malagasy"
