Blooming Dale English-Medium Preschool

Blooming Dale Preschool was founded by Rajasree Narayanan, Ajayagosh Narayanan, Sumitha Madhavan and Umadevi Madhavan in 2004. It is run by Rajasree Narayanan and Sumitha Madhavan. The class of 2005, will include two orphans whose educational expenses are covered by the school. The aim is, over 6 years, to build up the school into a primary school taking between 100 and 160 pupils, of whom at least 15% would be orphans and similar poor students, all of whose expenses are met by the school.

The investment required to bring about this vision of a self-sustaining school supporting the most disadvantaged children in the area is about 260,000 Maloti (£25,000), over five years.
